This hotel is in a great, quiet spot not far from the center, and I was pleasantly surprised by the nearby café, It's a Wrap, just 1 km away.

What a great way to kick off the new year! the attention to detail was impressive - fresh flowers and a complimentary bottle of Prosecco awaited us in our immaculate room. the serene surroundings provided much needed relaxation, and the provided bike made exploring the nearby area a breeze. the breakfast selection was delicious and nutritious, and the hosts were incredibly friendly and accommodating.
The distance to the nearest store, which was outside of walking distance. the thoughtful provision of the bike helped alleviate this issue.

We stayed in a fantastic location with beautiful views of the outdoors, and it was perfect for our needs. the room was super clean, and the bathroom had all the required amenities. the breakfast was excellent, with fresh eggs and honey that we enjoyed every morning. We also enjoyed the free bike rental, which helped us explore the city outside of the location's quiet area.
The property was a bit of a hassle to get to using public transportation.

We had an incredible stay at this charming B&B. The location was idyllic, surrounded by peaceful countryside, yet still close to the city center. The rooms were comfortable and immaculately clean, with everything we needed. The breakfasts were a highlight, with fresh, local ingredients that started our days off right. The host, Jeroen, was incredibly accommodating and helpful, ensuring we had a fantastic experience. We also appreciated the provided bikes, which allowed us to explore the bike-friendly area. The only minor drawback was the distance to the nearest bus stop or shop, but it was easily overcome with a car or bike. I highly recommend B&B Molenstreek for a relaxing and memorable stay.

It was great to borrow the bikes provided by the hotel and head into the center of the city in no time. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The staff was super friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast was just amazing.

We had a luxurious and comfortable stay, with exclusive amenities like a sun terrace and private facilities. the room advantages were impressive, with immaculately clean, spacious and well-equipped rooms, complete with a set of towels and additional pillows. the in-room breakfast was warm and tasty, brought at a time of our wishes. the service was solicitous, providing us with free bikes to explore the beautiful and calm neighborhood.
The only minor issue we encountered was that the closest bus stop or larger shop was quite a walking distance away. this is not a problem if you have a car or take advantage of the free bikes available.

Spent my Xmas here and what a wonderful experience! The location was perfect, surrounded by lush greenery, providing a peaceful and quiet atmosphere to enjoy my holiday. The room was equipped with all the amenities needed including a kitchenette and a cozy terrace to bask in the sun. The warmth of the hosts made my stay even more welcoming and enjoyable. The delicious breakfast served every morning was the cherry on top of my unforgettable Xmas vacation.
The only downside of this location was the distance from the shops. It was a bit of a walk to the nearest store, but luckily they offered bikes free of charge to explore the beautiful surroundings and get around comfortably.
